So, there was a problem with delivery, but it was NOT the sellers fault. We had a substitute mail person yesterday and they put my item in the parcel locker attached to our row of mailboxes, but neglected to leave the key to the locker in my mailbox (like they should have). Twiggy was on it from the beginning. She got right back to me and showed great concern for the mistake. I wasn't upset with her at all, just upset - but she was great at handling the situation! Thanks Twiggy!
